-All equipment is sold "As Is Where is" with no guarantees.
-All sales are final.
-We highly encourage self inspection of any item before bidding. All information that we provide is for the buyers assistance, and while we believe all information we give is correct, it is not guaranteed. The best information a bidder can have about an item is information he/she gathered during a self inspection prior to bidder on the item.
-There are no warranties expressed or implied, and under no circumstance will a buyer be issued a rebate or a refund.
-No equipment will be released until payment is made in full.
-Payments are required via Cash, Check, Wire or Credit Card, in full within 7 days. If pick up is made in person within 7 days payment may be made then.
-Personal checks must clear the bank before any items will be released.
-Credit card will accepted. A 6% Convenience Fee will be added to all Credit Card transactions
-A $20 fee will be added to all wire transfers
-Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment.
-Items must be picked up within 30 days upon completion of auction. A $10/day storage fee will be charged after 60 days unless other arrangements are made. After 90 days equipment will be considered abandoned and resold with no refund to the original purchaser
-Loading assistance is no charge
-Tear down is $95/hr
-Schedule loading arrangements ahead of picking up equipment.
