By bidding on and/or buying any item offered by Fannon Land & Auction Co., you hereby agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions and acknowledge you are entering into a legal and binding contract. ## ITEM INSPECTIONS AND GUARANTEES ##
Fannon Land & Auction Co. inspections are merely visual and limited to information provided to us by the owners, and is deemed reliable but not represented in any way to be totally accurate. Therefore, all items are sold "As Is" and "Where Is" with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. Information, descriptions, and details, including but not limited to, year, make, model, mileage, hours, and condition, are deemed correct but are NOT GUARANTEED and you are responsible for your own due diligence. Personal or independent 3rd party inspections are recommended and encouraged before bidding to verify the accuracy of any and all descriptions and information, provided by Fannon Land & Auction Co. or our agents. All sales are final.
## TRANSPORTATION, LOADING AND UNLOADING ##
Your purchased items must be removed from their location within 15 days of the auction. You will be assessed a storage fee of $25 per day, which will begin on the 30th day after the auction, if your item(s) is not removed. You are solely responsible to arrange transportation. Fannon Land & Auction Co. DOES NOT transport or ship items but may refer you to competitive shippers if needed. Any loading assistance must be discussed with the owner of the item(s) BEFORE bidding.
## TITLES AND TITLED VEHICLES ##
Titles will be completed using the name and address of the registered bidder and sent via FedEx to the registered address within 30 days of payment clearing unless Fannon Land & Auction Co. is notified of name and address changes before payment.
## PAYMENT TERMS ##
You will be emailed an invoice after the auction close with the amount due. It is your responsibility to contact Fannon Land & Auction Co. to arrange payment.. Acceptable forms of payment are bank wire transfer ($20 fee), cashier's check, bank money order, and cash. International payments, including Canada and Mexico, must be made by bank wire transfer.
Any applicable sales tax laws apply per the location and seller of the item and are in addition to the final bid amount. Tax exemption forms will be provided by Fannon Land & Auction Co. and are required to be completed by you to claim exemption for farm use or resale IF any sales tax is applicable. All exemption forms and/or necessary documents must be provided to Fannon Land & Auction Co. at time of payment.
Failure to pay for auction purchases will result in permanent denial of your bidding privileges, collection proceedings, and use of any credit reporting tools available to Fannon Land & Auction Co.
