We will personally inspect the item(s) selling, take pictures and/or a video of the item and post it to AuctionTime.com (or BidCaller for simulcast live auctions). You will sign a Personal Property Auction Listing Agreement either physically or electronically. The Listing Agreement outlines the fees and commissions, when they become due, due diligence, and when you can expect payment for your item(s). We recommend listing your equipment at least one month prior to the auction date to ensure ample marketing time. Easter & Associates acts as a marketing agent only. All warranties, guarantees, and representations are between Buyer and Seller. Easter & Associates, Inc. does not guarantee performance by Buyer or Seller.

Inspection of Items:
Please understand that online bidding is offered to our customers as a convenience. It is a great avenue for the Sellers to get more exposure and for Buyers to absentee bid. Easter & Associates will use its best efforts to verify the age, and condition of the item(s) selling. HOWEVER, ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES (WRITTEN OR IMPLIED). Items are not guaranteed to be of any particular age, year of manufacture, model, make or condition. Information on printed material and website though deemed to be accurate is not guaranteed. It is the Buyer’s/bidder’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise being offered, and to verify the accuracy of all statements. All inspections can be scheduled by contacting Mark Easter. Sellers are expected to be open and honest with Easter & Associates and with the potential buyers about the item(s) consigned. In the case of a BidCaller simulcast auction, the announcements from the auction block will take supersede any printed or website material.
All items are sold to the highest bidder. Easter & Associates require the winning bidder to pay in full within three business days after the auction by a cashier’s check, wire transfer, or use Currency Pay for ACH or debit/credit card (an additional 4% convenience fee is applied for using this system). Sellers will be paid (minus commission and fees) within 5 business days of Easter & Associates, Inc. receiving funds from Buyer into our auction account. If the winning bidder does not perform on the agreement to purchase, this will be delayed until money has been received or, at our discretion, legal action has commenced. Easter & Associates will not pay you for an item until we have been paid. If the winning bidder rejects the item(s) and refuses to pay, Easter & Associates is not held responsible, but we will allow the item to be relisted at no charge or your listing fee will be reimbursed.
Pickup and Delivery of Item(s)
Easter & Associates requires that all item(s) purchased online be removed from Seller’s property within 10 days of the sale date. No items are to be removed until payment is made in full to Easter & Associates. It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange the loading and transportation of the item(s), and Seller to be available to allow access to the items(s). To make arrangements for pickup of item(s), please contact Mark Easter.
