Super clean Peterbilt Day Cab truck

AC works great
Super clean inside and out.
Everything is in exceptional condition EXCEPT:
Minor damage to the top, left rear of the cab. See photos
4th gear of the main transmission does not work.
4th, 8th and 13th (same gear in the transmission) the truck rolls to a stop, no noises etc.
A local transmission shop tells me this is not uncommon and can sometimes be repaired with about $2,000.00 in parts (plus labor) providing there is no colateral damage.
The transmission is a RTLO16913A. We were also told it can be replaced with a rebuilt TRLO18913A
It will be sold as is to the highest bidder. It is currently driveable.
