This truck is being sold as fleet surplus after being removed from active service. The engine appeared to attempt to turn over; however, would not start. During the inspection, the vehicle horn alarm continuously sounded and could not be silenced, preventing normal dash operation. As a result, the dashboard could not be fully engaged and the odometer reading could not be verified. No further diagnostics were performed to determine the cause of the no-start condition. Buyers should assume repairs will be required before this truck can be returned to service. Important: This unit must be towed from its current location.
