This one is a tough one to sell -
My parents bought this truck NEW off of the lot in 1995. They did all of the required maintenance through the dealership, they took excellent care of her, and usually garaged her when she wasn't needed as a back up vehicle for their daily drivers. This truck was primarily used to pull a Wilson livestock trailer, hauling show cows to and from shows and sales, and later in its life it was used to haul recipient mares for my ranch. When my dad began experiencing dementia in 2021, mom transferred the truck to us because dad wanted to drive it again SO BADLY that he backed into a corner post and did minor damage to the rear tail light and bed. The fender was destroyed in 2013 as we hauled cattle from a rental property to another rental property and a dual blew out. Dad always wanted to fix it, but, as in life, time got away from him. Ive hauled horses to a team roping in Arizona in this truck - I've hauled to barrel races local and far away in this truck. I've sat outside of rodeo pens all over Missouri, late late at night, waiting for my chance to run with my feet propped up on the door frames, enjoying the cool summer night air. This truck has heart.
Dad passed in 2022 and since then the truck has been used primarily to pull secondary trailers to haul horses, and used to haul the big sprayer for pasture spraying. It starts and runs, windows and door locks all still work, and mechanically its in really great shape, considering its age. And, CHECK OUT THE LOW MILES! Dad preserved this truck as best as he could because it was the only truly new truck he'd ever owned. So - go make this your cool project. Someone needs to.
