This two-owner truck was my personal truck for hauling grain last fall. It has always been stored inside and has been sitting in the shed ever since finishing harvest last year. The twin-hoist grain bed holds 300 +/- bushel. I used it to haul grain from our small farm to the elevator and back, about a 30-mile round trip. It runs and drives great. The engine runs strong; it has been converted to an electric choke (which can be sticky whenever doing cold starts). The transmission shifts right out with no problems. The hi/lo splitter works fine. It has 4 forward speeds and 1 reverse, but a hi/lo for each gear, giving it a total of 8 forward speeds and 2 reverse. The brakes do work but are spongey, and it has a slow brake fluid leak, which means the brake fluid occasionally needs topped off during frequent use. It will need a new cable to operate the dump bed from the cab (I have just been getting out and operating the dump bed at the rear). It has several brand-new tires. The interior is clean, and the seat is intact with only one small tear on the edge of the left side. This truck cleans up nicely. The "Vancil Ag" decals on the doors are magnetic and will be easily removed prior to sale. Prior to my ownership, it was on the same farm for four decades, where it was always shedded.
