2001 Springdale 28' fifth wheel with awning and one slide. Unit has been used for several years in a church camp. Owner states everything works as it should with the exception of the fresh water tank. Interior tank is damaged and so they have an exterior tank that is mounted to the rear bumper as pictured. Please note that the roof has been repaired and the owner states there are now no leaks. You can see a "seem" on the edge of the roof "cap" that was installed with that repair (see pictures). They have upgraded to a newer camper which is why they are selling this one.
