Polaris Kicks Off Celebrity-Endorsed RANGER Accessory Collections
Polaris’ RANGER side-by-side UTV seems to be everywhere in the outdoors: in the woods, on the farm, by the rivers, and in the foothills. So many owners use it for so many purposes, which is why there are hundreds of available accessories to customize the RANGER for specific purposes.
To that end, Polaris has enlisted trusted professionals to assemble accessory collections for four usage scenarios in ranching, hunting, and working outdoors.
“For two decades Polaris RANGER has served as an invaluable workhorse for craftsmen, ranchers, and hunters,” says Polaris Industries’ Vice President of Off-Road Vehicle Marketing, Kyle Duea. “We’re excited to launch our new RANGER Accessory Collections showcasing the various vehicle accessories professionals and hobbyists use to get the job done better. Each collection was hand-selected by experts that trust RANGER to handle the toughest jobs and inspire consumers to do more with their machine.”
Craftsman Collection
Mark Bowe, producer and host of the DIY Network's “Barnwood Builders” show, presents the Craftsman Collection for large-acreage homeowners. Its list of 10 accessories includes a Lock & Ride Tool Rack for easy transport of tools such as chainsaws. An LED light bar illuminates the work in low-light conditions, and a bed extender/divider helps you organize your cargo.
“Whether it’s using your chainsaw, or hauling wood to your next project, the Craftsman Collection features my favorite RANGER accessories and is created for those that live for the thrill of building and creating something truly unique,” says Bowe.
Ranch Collection
“There’s a lot of things that have to get done on a ranch every day. I can’t imagine anyone in the western industry not having one of these machines,” says record-setting rodeo champion Trevor Brazile. “Anybody who has had a RANGER knows how much easier it makes life on a ranch.”
With 24 World Champion titles and a ranch of his own, Brazile hand-picked the Ranch Collection for the RANGER. Among other things, it includes a Polaris PRO HD 6,000-pound (27-kilonewton) winch with Rapid Rope Recovery, as well as brush guards, an underseat dry storage box, and a defroster/heater.
Waterfowl Collection
Pro Armor Mud XC tires are a standout feature of the new Waterfowl Collection presented by Tony Vandemore, co-owner of the Habitat Flats hunting lodges in Missouri, Arkansas, and Saskatchewan.
“For years, RANGER has played a crucial role at Habitat Flats lodges, whether it’s hauling gear or transporting guests and dogs to remote blinds during the hunting season,” says Vandemore. “The Waterfowl Collection was created with hunters in mind and adds increased performance, capability, and durability to make their next hunt as successful as possible.”
The Collection also includes an in-cab gun mount and an LED spotlight to help your dog home in on its target at dawn or dusk.
Big Game Collection
The Big Game Collection is curated by the hosts of the Outdoor Channel’s “CRUSH With Lee & Tiffany,” Lee and Tiffany Lakosky. The professional hunters chose Lock & Ride Kolpin Rhino Grip PRO rubber-cushioned cargo grips to carry bows and guns securely without damaging them. The Collection also specifies non-reflective, matte black Pro Armor Flare wheels and a front hood storage rack.
Tiffany Lakosky says, “Polaris RANGER continues to help us conquer more terrain and get more done while out on a hunt.”
