Fendt & Massey Ferguson Heavy-Duty & Mid-Range Tractors To Be Featured At Sunbelt Ag Expo
For the first time, AGCO will be showing off its Fendt tractors at the Sunbelt Ag Expo, which is taking place October 15th through the 17th near Moultrie, Georgia. “This is part of our recently announced Fendt dealership expansion, which means Fendt tractors will be available at select dealerships throughout the Southeast,” notes Ash Alt, AGCO’s Southeast field execution manager. “Also, at the show, we’re introducing new Massey Ferguson 5700 Series utility tractors with the Dyna-4 transmission.”
Here are just a few of the tractors visitors can expect to see at the AGCO exhibit:
Fendt 900 Series
Designed for row crop producers, the Fendt 900 Series tractors are available in models ranging from 296 to 415 horsepower (221 to 310 kilowatts). Notably, the 900 Series has been engineered with a maximum engine speed of 1,700 rpm to provide row crop producers with high-performance pulling power. Fendt says the 900 Series tractors generate maximum torque between 1,150 rpm and 1,400 rpm.
Fendt 700 Series
Farmers and ranchers in need of a convenient transport and loader tractor will want to check out Fendt’s 700 Series. Key—and exclusive—Fendt features like return to position, an integrated scale on the Fendt Cargo Profi loader, and the Fendt Vario CVT transmission help the 700 Series optimize operator control and maneuverability.
Massey Ferguson 5700 Series
AGCO says the Dyna-4 transmission and its smooth, stepless shifting is popular with livestock and hay producers who need a more efficient way to perform loader, hay, and general work. With 16 forward and 16 reverse clutchless speeds, the new MF5710D and MF5711D provide rugged power at 100 horsepower (75 kilowatts) and 110 horsepower (82 kilowatts), respectively.
Massey Ferguson Utility & Mid-Range Tractors
Also available with the Dyna-4 transmission, the Massey Ferguson 5713S and MF6713S feature integrated joysticks, three-way loader controls, and other features to suit the daily chores of livestock producers. And with some of the highest weight, hydraulic capacities, and lift capacities in their class, the heavy-duty utility and mid-range tractors can handle big jobs, too.
