JCB Showcases Its Latest & Greatest Ag Equipment At World Ag Expo
The 51st annual World Ag Expo just opened its doors and JCB, a leading manufacturer of agriculture and construction machines, plans to leave a lasting impression with attendees. The Tulare, California,-based expo is a place where dealers, manufacturers, and consumers connect to learn more about the latest developments in the world of agriculture and farming. As the inventor of the backhoe loader and the innovator behind the Loadall agricultural telehandler, the Fastrac full-suspension tractor, and the skid steer loader with side-door entry, JCB plans to use the event as an opportunity to shore up existing customer relationships and create new ones.
Moving Ag Forward
At JCB’s booth, the company is exhibiting a cross-section of its most popular machines, including two of the world’s fastest production tractors, the Fastrac 8330 and the Fastrac 4220. In all, JCB is demoing three of its market-leading Loadall agricultural articulated telescopic handlers, the 541-70 AgriPro, the 536-60 Agri, and the 525-60 Agri. In addition, the company is showing off two 400 Series Agri wheel loaders, the massive 437 Agri wheel loading shovel with a 35,000-pound (15,876-kilogram) operating weight and 183-horsepower engine, and the compact and maneuverable 407 Agri, with a 11,162-pound (5,063-kilogram) operating weight and 64-horsepower engine.
Other machines that World Ag Expo attendees will get a chance to see up close include a backhoe loader, a rough-terrain forklift, a pair of skid steer loaders, and a Teleskid compact track loader, which is capable of lifting higher, reaching further, and digging deeper than any competing skid steers currently available.
Win It Big
At the event, JCB is also hosting its Win a Teleskid sweepstakes, which will award one lucky attendee with a free 12-month lease on one of JCB’s new Teleskid compact track loaders. The JCB Teleskid is a vertical lift- and radial lift-capable loader equipped with a telescopic boom, which lets operators lift above 13 feet (4 meters), reach forward 8-feet (2.4 meters), and dig 3 feet (0.9) below grade. It comes with a 74-horsepower JCB EcoMAX engine that can meet EPA emissions standards without requiring a diesel particulate filter or diesel engine fluid, and comes in either a wheeled or tracked version.
