KDK Sales & Equipment is a family-owned business based in Washington, Iowa, that has been selling a variety of new and used equipment stretching into almost every industry, including farm equipment, construction, and excavation, for nearly a decade in Southeastern Iowa.
AuctionTime simplifies the consignment process, making it easier to list lower-volume consignments from individual customers. “We really built a reputation on doing a good job for those people, and adding value to their pieces of equipment by getting more of a retail-type price vs. a private-party value, and adding such things as financing, logistics, professional sales representation, is kind of our niche,” says Koch. “It was a natural fit to stay with AuctionTime or the Sandhills model when I started my own business because of relationships and experience.”
